The SpotBot GL is the ideal solution for connecting you to your supply chain – connecting globally to cellular networks, as well as WiFi to give you visibility of your assets location and conditions. Delivering tri-axial impact, temperature, and humidity monitoring along with location tracking, the SpotBot GL connects you to your assets via the SpotSee Cloud. Login to see the status of your shipment and receive alerts throughout its journey. 

The device combines GPS technology with proximity sensing of WiFi signals (WiFi sniffing) and cellular towers to track the location of shipments and the conditions they experience in transit. SpotBot pin-points where and when damage may have occurred due to temperature excursion, humidity or shock.

The SpotBot GL measures impacts between 3.5 and 100G, meaning that it can be used to monitor a broad spectrum of assets from medical devices to automotive parts to power generation equipment. Additionally, the accuracy of the SpotBot’s temperature and humidity sensors is ideal for monitoring sensitive biotech, pharmaceutical, or diagnostics products.

Long Battery Life

A connected supply chain monitor is not valuable if it stops recording halfway through the journey. The SpotBot GL battery will last between 6 months and 4.5 years, depending upon the reporting interval. With long battery life, users do not need to worry about missing important information or constantly changing out batteries.

Accurate Location Data

SpotBot GL employs two different approaches to provide the most accurate location reporting available at any given time. The device will utilize proximity to Wi-Fi signals or cellular towers to deliver location information. The SpotBot GL also has geofencing capabilities, so that users are notified when an asset reaches its destination.

Global Communication Capabilities

The SpotBot GL communicates via the 4G LTE cellular network with a 2G fallback. This combination enables strong connectivity while monitoring assets in transit around the globe. In addition, the SpotBot GL can be configured to recognize and communicate
via known Wi-Fi networks.

Easy to Use

The SpotBot GL unit and trip settings are configured via a simple web application. Information from each trip is stored in the secure SpotSee Cloud and can be easily downloaded to provide the time, location, and severity of excursions experienced during transit.

See all your asset alarms including location, time, impact g-level, and direction of impact. The data visualizes impacts over time so you can easily spot the higher outliers. The histogram is a quick view of the units impacts grouped by g-level so you know quickly if there are any potentially damaging impacts.
